1 General Provisions

r1111 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legal agreement between r1111 and its users.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, payment details — must be true and accurate. r1111 may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.

3 Account Protection & Security

Maintaining the security of your r1111 account is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and notify our support team immediately if unauthorized access to your account occurs.

• Use a strong and unique password — at least 8 characters, mixing numbers and special characters.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• r1111 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is caused by our own error.
• If suspicious activity is detected, r1111 may temporarily lock the account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on the r1111 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Transactions via any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• The maximum deposit limit depends on account level and verification status.
• The name provided at the time of deposit must match the name registered on the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The maximum bonus cap is ৳8,000 — no bonus above ৳8,000 will be given.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once from the same promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected (arbitrage, multiple accounts, exploiting system loopholes), r1111 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
• r1111 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

r1111's VIP program has five levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). 6 Gaming Rules

The r1111 platform offers casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and various specialty games. Each game has its own rules, which will be displayed on screen when the game is launched.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers. r1111 ensures fair play at all times. If there is a dispute over a game result, the game log will be reviewed and its findings will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Issues

8 Limitation of Liability
